This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published by Veromtec on Google Play, including but not limited to:

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “App,” “Apps,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to applications and services provided by Veromtec.

By installing, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Apps.

The information collected depends on which App and features you use. Some Apps work mainly offline and store information only on your device. Other Apps may use third-party services, advertising SDKs, location features, account features, health-related features, analytics, crash-reporting tools, or online features.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Account information, username, sign-in details, profile data, or leaderboard information if an App offers account, login, progress-saving, or leaderboard features.

Apps such as Eazy PDF Reader may allow users to open, view, manage, bookmark, or share PDF files and documents selected by the user.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• PDF files and documents are processed locally on the user’s device.
• We do not upload or store users’ PDF files on Veromtec servers.
• If the user chooses to share, export, or open a file through another app or service, the selected file may be handled according to that third party’s privacy practices.

The App may require file, media, or document access permissions only to allow the user to select, view, or manage files.

Apps such as Full Device Information may display information about the user’s device, including device model, Android version, battery information, sensors, memory, storage, network status, or hardware/software details.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• Device information is displayed to the user inside the App.
• We do not sell this information.
• We do not use this information to identify the user personally unless it is collected by third-party services such as ads, analytics, or crash-reporting tools.

Apps such as Calculator Pro, Calculator Lite, Eazy Clock, Solitaire Classic, and Photo Slider Puzzle may store basic app preferences, game progress, settings, scores, or local history on the device.

Unless an account, cloud-save, leaderboard, or online feature is used:

• This information is stored locally on the device.
• We do not store this data on Veromtec servers.
• Deleting the App may delete locally stored information.

If a game or quiz feature uses leaderboards, online rankings, sign-in, or cloud saving, account and gameplay data may be collected and shared with the relevant service providers as described in this Privacy Policy.

Apps such as VeRomQuize may include quiz progress, scores, statistics, sign-in, saved progress, or leaderboard features.

Depending on the features used, we may collect or process:

• Username or display name.
• Email address or sign-in identifier.
• Quiz answers, scores, progress, statistics, and achievements.
• Leaderboard rankings.
• Account creation and login information.
• App usage and diagnostic data.

This data is used to provide quiz functionality, save user progress, show rankings, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, and improve the App.

Apps such as SunUp may request access to location information if the user chooses to use location-based features, such as current-location sunrise, sunset, weather, or forecast functionality.

Location data may include:

• Approximate location.
• Precise GPS location, if the user grants permission.
• Location entered manually by the user.

Location data is used only to provide the requested location-based feature. We do not sell user location data.

If a weather, map, or location service provider is used, location information may be sent to that provider to return weather, forecast, sunrise/sunset, or related information.

Users can disable location access at any time through Android device settings.

Apps such as Helthi may include wellness or health-related features, such as heart-rate estimation using the device camera or other device sensors.

Depending on the App feature, health-related data may include:

• Heart-rate readings or estimated measurements.
• Camera or sensor data used temporarily to estimate a result.
• Health or fitness information entered or generated by the user.
• Date and time of measurement.
• App settings, history, or progress related to wellness features.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• Health measurements are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
• The App is not a medical device.
• The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Users should not rely on the App for medical decisions.
• Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Where possible, health-related data is processed locally on the user’s device. If any health-related data is stored, synced, or transmitted, it is used only to provide the requested health or wellness feature, improve app performance, support the user, or comply with applicable requirements.

We do not sell health data.

Users may request deletion of health-related data associated with their account, where applicable, by contacting us at veromtec@gmail.com.

Some of our Apps are ad-supported and may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Third-party advertising services may collect or process information such as:

• IP address.
• Advertising ID.
• Device identifiers.
• App interactions.
• Ad views, clicks, and impressions.
• Diagnostic and performance data.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address.

If Veromtec is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a replacement policy with appropriate notice.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

For Apps without accounts or server storage:

• Most app data is stored locally on the user’s device.
• Local data may be deleted when the user clears app data or uninstalls the App.

For Apps with accounts, leaderboards, online features, or cloud storage:

• Account data, scores, progress, or related information may be retained while the account remains active.
• We may retain some data for a reasonable period after deletion requests where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

For support emails:

• We may retain email communications for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain records, and protect our legal interests.

For third-party services:

Where an App allows account creation, users may also request deletion of their app account and associated data. If the App includes an in-app deletion option, users should use that option or contact us by email.

After receiving a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize the relevant personal data, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Deleting an App from a device may remove local data stored on that device, but it may not automatically delete data stored by third-party services or online account systems.

We value user trust and use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where third-party services transmit data, those services may use their own security measures, including encryption in transit where applicable.

Our Apps may request permissions only where needed for app functionality. Depending on the App, permissions may include:

If a permission is not required for a specific feature, users may be able to continue using other parts of the App without granting that permission.
